  • A 7 week parenting course led by local parents. The flavour and intention of our programmes is to honour parents in their role and equip them with skills and inspire them with hope.

  • Every Wednesday evening 6pm - 9pm

  • A weekly meeting space for dads that provides a space to connect with other dads to discuss ongoing issues. The group also organises outings and events to attend.

  • A 9 week men's anger management built on tea o maori principals that enhance the wellbeing of all whanau

  • Women's 8-week anger management programme that uses mindfulness techniques and other tools to address self-care for women.

  • This 14 week Parenting programme for parents of children up to 5 years of age. Providing the tools to build safe therapy like and confidential environments to help parents connect with their children.

  • A weekly breathing space for women led by local women. Includes cooking, sharing stories and supporting each other.

Parenting Teens

  • Tuesday 6pm-8pm
  • Venue: 122 Elstree Avenue, Point England
  • Date: Term 4 - TBC
  • A 7week programme getting our local parents and families to share learning and experiences together.
  • The outcome of this program can help build increased connection between parents and their teens. Whanau have access to additional support when needed. The practical parenting skills and strategies being developed, shared and implemented within our local families can bring about positive change.

Talking Matters

  • One on one session with a Talking Matters Coach
  • Talking Matters to Tamaki is an early oral language programme for parents with babies under 3 years. It is a 16week programme, empowering and encouraging whanau to interact more with babies and tamariki. Talk and interaction is very important in building babies' brains during their first three years and sets them up for life!

Insight Tamaki

  • A Community led Social Enterprise providing a pathway to part time/ casual employment for local community members. The work entails household surveys and working at local community events.
