  • A time for men to come together to support each other, with the opportunity for one on one support. Just 4 Dads is a weekly meeting space where you can share, listen and be listened to in the company of others facing similar issues. The group also organises social events throughout the year.

  • One on one and group session with a Talking Matters Coach.
  • Talking Matters to Tāmaki is an early oral language programme for parents with babies under 3 years. It is a 16-week programme, empowering and encouraging whānau to interact more with babies and tamariki. Conversation and interaction are very important for building babies' brains during their first three years setting them up for life!

  • Stream one covers kids requiring support to reengage with learning, aged 13-16.
  • Stream two covers young adults requiring support to prepare for and engage with the workforce, aged 16-24.
  • Both streams are strength-based and use playful activities to build skills & resilience.
